 One of the biggest surprises will be the engineered wood floors in a pretty Brazilian Cherry finish.  They add so much and are so unexpected in a home in this price range.  There's tile in the bathrooms too.  If you work at home like this homeowner does, you'll appreciate the morning sun on the huge deck.  He usually spends a couple of hours out there with his laptop on sunny mornings, he says it's a perfect start to the day!
