THE PERFECT STORM
 
With interest rates at an all time historic low, why haven't  buyers pounced on the best buys of the century?  
In general, the national news has broadcast how horrible the real estate market still is, but what they haven't disclosed is the number of gorgeous homes on the market, still being inhabited by sellers.  Life goes on, as does job transfers, raises, promotions, new jobs, marriage, divorce, babies, college bound seniors, retirement-the list goes on.  Seller still NEED to sell and smart buyers are moving ahead with a purchase.  The choices are great and the rates … (1 comments)
