I made a graph showing the sales units here in Butler County.  Comparing 2006 to 2007, you can see that our market has not been affected much by the slowdown being felt in other parts of the nation!

Here are the latest statistics, released by West Penn Multi-List, for the Greater Pittsburgh real estate market! 
New Listings are down only 4.3% from last year.
Closed sales are down only 2.8%!  Many parts of the country are seeing a 20-30% drop in closed … (2 comments)

More great news today about the Pittsburgh real estate market!
The Pittsburgh Post Gazette published a very informative article about the housing market in the Pittsburgh Greater Metro Area.
We are still showing rising (or at least stable) home prices over last year.
Median sales prices actually ROSE from last year!
