Last week I was asked to help a buyer purchase a bank owned home in Talking Rock Ranch. This is a high end gated golf community about 20 miles north of Prescott. Because many of these golf course properties were purchased at the height of the market in 2005 an 2006 as second homes, they were particularly hard hit by the declining market.
