Just this week I realized that there is some interesting history to the building in which the Bagel Cafe resides. I learned about the history while I was enjoying my favorite treat: the veggie, which for me is a toasted poppy seep bagel, hummus and avocado, lettuce and grilled red peppers. Mmmm! 10 Reasons Your House Is Not Selling. A few days ago I wrote about how price and condition will determine whether your house sells or not. Here is a follow up that focuses on many other ways home owners sabotage the process of selling their home.
1. Price is still the most important factor for buyers. Just because you paid $400,000 in 2006 and put in another $100,000 into the house, does not mean you have a $500,000 house. My 12 year old son got a paintball gun for Christmas. We didn’t know anything about paintball, and the way I like to do things is to learn everything I can about whatever new task I engage in. So we began the task of learning everything we could about paintball. We watched instructional videos on Youtube. We talked to people, we visited the local paintball field.
