A few months ago I blogged about the Bagel Cafe which is on Guley Street in Prescott AZ.

Just this week I realized that there is some interesting history to the building in which the Bagel Cafe resides.  I learned about the history while I was enjoying my favorite treat: the veggie, which for me is a toasted poppy seep bagel, hummus and avocado, lettuce and grilled red peppers. My 12 year old son got a paintball gun for Christmas. We didn’t know anything about paintball,   and the way I like to do things is to learn everything I can about whatever new task I engage in.
