With a huge amount of Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate Resources - it is sometimes hard to get directly what you want at the time you want it.
I know when I am trying to get information about a service or product, I sometimes don't want to talk to anyone.  I just want the space to do my own research.  If I happen to need more detailed information, I don't want to be SOLD.

I don't know, why don't you tell me.  I am being a bit tongue in cheek with that statement - however, I think you are going to like what you see - this chart is interactive and reflects the snapshot of history that you desire.  You can move the icon at the bottom to compare previous years in Valencia CA Real Estate.  You can also widen the graph to take in more data with a single glance.

I am thinking this will save The Paris911 Team a lot of time.
Google Voice is a phone system or sorts where you can obtain a local phone number.  When people call that phone number, all of the phones that you enter on the system, ring at the same time.
It gets Better - If you don't answer the call, Caller ID works well, then it will go to Google Voice Mail.  It is transcribed and Texted to your mobile phone.

When you are searching on the www for stuff that you have interest in you are probably becoming pretty detailed. I know if I am looking for a car I might type into Google:
4 door Ford F150 sunroof, power package, valencia, for sale by owner
Or something to that effect - This is known as a "long tail" search phrase.  What is the advantage between the long tail search phrase and the short tail, "Ford"?
The people that are entering the long tail search words or phrase are pretty darn serious.

Well - I must say, I am not the BEST - but I am getting better.  Real Estate by Video - you need this.  I have recorded with web-cams.  The web-cam does not give me such pretty pictures.
I am using a Kodak 8i with 4gb memory cards and a wired, battery powered, condensor mic.
I also have a tri-pod that stands about 66 inches tall.
When you have a thought do this:

"I would rather be Lucky than Good.."  We used to say this quite often when I was full time PD.  It was reference to a bad guy running from the cops, while in full sprint, shooting behind himself in the direction of the police and being lucky enough to hit the pursuing police officers.
Luck as defined by Wikipedia:
Luck or fortuity is good or bad fortune in life caused by accident or chance, and attributed by some to reasons of faith or superstition, which happens beyond a person's control.[1][2][3]
I would say that I have quite a different view of luck in the Real Estate industry.

Has this happened to you?  You were just called from someone in which you are dealing with in regard to a specific transaction.
A Transaction that has been difficult to say the least.  Say it is a vendor you are on the phone with speaking about the delay in loan docs.
In fact, say it is the escrow officer you use on a routine basis.
