Another YouTube video in a series - About Seventy so far - that all have to do with things it's okay to tell your Real Estate Clients - This one has to do with it being okay to tell your Real Estate Buyers they don't pay your commission.  In fact, it might work out better that way :-)

How about this you Service Providers.  How do you prepare your client for the "worst"?  If everything falls apart - have you already explained how that "might" happen?  Or do you play real estate with your fingers crossed?
Not just agents, but lenders - have a watch and let me know if I have struck a nerve..
