&lt;p&gt;Never neglect or forget &lt;a href="http://scvsheriff.com" title="Be a Sheriff for Los Angeles County by Paris911" target="_blank"&gt;our roots&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; We have a focus with the advertising of our sellers listings and ourselves.&amp;nbsp; We want to attract every possible option we can for those that have placed their trust in us and &lt;a href="http://paris911.com" title="Santa Clartia Real Estate REMAX of Santa Clartia" target="_blank"&gt;The Paris911 Team&lt;/a&gt; to sell their home or to be represented as buyers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We do a lot of post card mailing - We do a huge amount of Internet advertising - Active Rain is one of the most potent weapons in our arsenal.&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="http://localism911.com" title="Localism and REMAX of Santa Clarita" target="_blank"&gt;Localism&lt;/a&gt; is as well with regard to &lt;a href="http://activerain911.com" title="Active Rain and Santa Clartia Real Estate" target="_blank"&gt;Active Rain.&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Our 5 independent websites and all of those being brought back, forth and updated daily is a strong influence as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, I say this so as not to say that is all we do.&amp;nbsp; We have not or will not abandon the publications that we advertise in each month.&amp;nbsp; They are not inexpensive and some of the "coaches" out there would severely disagree with us for spending the amounts we do just to be in two of the several.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is the most recent ad in one of the &lt;a href="http://lasd911.com" title="Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Real Estate Search engine" target="_blank"&gt;Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department&lt;/a&gt; Union's publication:&amp;nbsp; We were in this one for over 7 years before it started to have the impact we have today with this union and its membership.&amp;nbsp; The only reason for that is by reputation alone.&amp;nbsp; If you are an employer based farmer - be careful - There is very little in the way of forgiveness when things go awry.&lt;/p&gt;

The only problem I have encountered when mobile posting from my iPhone to the ActiveRain group is that I have to change to HTML. I am not sure is thap poses a problem at this time and the only reason for that has to do with the keyboard not coming up on the iPhone when I attempt to activate the data entry field in regular text entry. 

If you have not tried www.UTTERZ.com you need to check it out. It will remote post for you everywhere. The only danger is duplcation which might get u negative marks.     </content>

&lt;p&gt;It has been said that Real Estate has transitioned from being something that Stay at Home Mom's do to add or supplement to the income that their husbands bring home, to a much more professional career.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was LAPD long before we decided, over 10 years ago, to develop this Real Estate Business.&amp;nbsp; I watched for the first few years as Paris was "mother" with our first Born, going through the stress of the deals.&amp;nbsp; I then continued to watch while she was pregnant, going through the stress of the deals, to giving birth&amp;nbsp;and raising children.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is no one like Mom.&amp;nbsp; No matter how hard I try I cannot ever or will not ever be Mom to my kids.&amp;nbsp; Not only can I not do the voice, but I am challenged in the hair department.&amp;nbsp; But the more I watch some of the agents that might have been single moms, raising their children by way of Real Estate, my hats off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is that eternal bond that I have seen first hand between Paris and our kids.&amp;nbsp; I know that instinct is something that all mothers have and I would never want to get in the way of a mother and her child.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thank you all for being MOM - And to those of you involved in Real Estate as a career with small children, Double Kudos to all of YOU!!!&amp;nbsp; Your deserving of much more!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What is it?&amp;nbsp; Do you have questions and are needing answers with regard to Real Estate, buying, selling and the like.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Are you wondering what it means when you read an ad that advertises that "we can sell your home in "X" amount of days or we will buy it?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are usually&lt;strong&gt; those "***"&lt;/strong&gt; somewhere around the statement.&amp;nbsp; And if not, that is someone that is working outside of the lines and anyone has the foundation laid for a great lawsuit if that home does not sell in the "X" amount of days advertised.&amp;nbsp; So you should move quickly, copy the ad and then have them enter into contact to sell your home for millions of dollars.&amp;nbsp; Enjoy, you actually might be able to sell your home at three or four times real market value...&amp;nbsp; After the court case of course. :-)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What is usually behind the "***"?&amp;nbsp; You have to let the agent call the price of the home.&amp;nbsp; You have to let the agent run the show.&amp;nbsp; You have to reduce the price in short order if no offers are received in "x" amount of days.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you really think that the agents are going to buy your home?&amp;nbsp; I hope not.&amp;nbsp; They are looking for desperate and foolish sellers that do not read the fine print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You want an agent that is going to show you the "why".&amp;nbsp; Not dazzle you with smoke and mirriors.&amp;nbsp; (that is what Las Vegas is all about)&amp;nbsp; You need someone that will allow you to see what&amp;nbsp;they are speaking about on paper from a verifiable source.&amp;nbsp; A source outside of the agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How hard is it to sell a "regular" listing in this market?&amp;nbsp; Depends on how much work the agent is willing to do and how flexible you are able to be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But to spin you with coupons and "sell in less than ... or I will buy it" schemes - That is something that is laden with fantasy and something that should be left to the fantasy world in the comic books.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That is what deals in this market are all about!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The call came in to our offices here at &lt;a href="http://connormacivor.remax.com" title="REMAX and Connor MacIVOR" target="_blank"&gt;REMAX of Santa Clarita&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://paris911.com" title="Paris911 Mother Site" target="_blank"&gt;The Paris911 Team&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A Male Caller, "Hello, I would like to look at a home in Castaic, can you help me?", I responded absolutely, let me get some information first please, Do you have a agent now or have you been working with an Real Estate agent in the recent past?"&amp;nbsp; He said, "No".&amp;nbsp; I then said, "If I were a lender, how would I view you with regard to financiability?"&amp;nbsp; "Have you qualified with any one or have any family or friends that loan money with banks or brokers?"&amp;nbsp; He said, "one thing is for sure, I am very able to purchase a home."&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I then said, "That is great, lets make some time so you can come into our offices and meet us.&amp;nbsp; This is not to sink any proverbial hook into you, this is to see if we all click and to make sure everything is on the up and up."&amp;nbsp; I continued, "I know this is a strange request, but we have been in this profession quite a while and this is how we have, through trial and error, figured out to be the best way for our potential clients and us."&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There was a pause on the phone from the callers end.&amp;nbsp; "I just want to see this home, can you meet me at the property?"&amp;nbsp; I then said, "I am so sorry, unfortunately that is not going to be something we can oblige."&amp;nbsp; "I will be happy to get you in today, so we can meet then I can drive you to the property."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have my reasons for doing it this way, it is for your safety, it is for my safety, you told me you found me on the Internet &lt;strong&gt;( I wish I could tell you it was on Active Rain ),&lt;/strong&gt; I know I am appealing to the eyes and have a warm and fuzzy appearance, but you never know?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, this protects me as well.&amp;nbsp; When I buy leather goods for my weaponry, or edged weapons, or even sun screen, I like to take my time.&amp;nbsp; I make time to do those things.&amp;nbsp; When I am going to purchase real estate, you can bet I will be smelling the agent and seeing what they are about when I look deeply into their eyes.&amp;nbsp; What do you think? - He explained he would be looking elsewhere.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="left"&gt;This was a recent attempt from a large Credit Union, which I am a member of, to get folks to use them for the financing part of Real Estate.&amp;nbsp; What astounds me is that the "**********" contained in the ad that was described below.&amp;nbsp; (the first asterisks on this &lt;a href="http://blog.paris911.com" title="Paris911 homes in santa clarita" target="_blank"&gt;blog&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="left"&gt;I understand that people are trying to get business anywhere they can.&amp;nbsp; But what&amp;nbsp;ever happened&amp;nbsp;to making the deal on their end the best it can be.&amp;nbsp; Doing that without attacking someone else's lively hood?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;a href="http://blog.paris911.com/2008/07/03/25-of-your-realtors-commission-back-when-buying-a-home/" target="_blank"&gt;Am I off base with this one???&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="left"&gt;What If I said, "use us to purchase a home and you can get a .25% reduction in rate from your lender."&amp;nbsp; Then I could also say at 0 points.&amp;nbsp; Or even tell our clients that if you use our lender, you will get back 25% of his commission..&amp;nbsp; What about service, negotiation ability, reputation, seasoning, history, commendations, what about being good at something?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="left"&gt;Please help me out with this, I am in a&amp;nbsp;quandry and confused...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What a clean blog site.&amp;nbsp; I have had comments in the past about our Paris911 Blog, &lt;a href="http://scvtalk.com/2008/03/07/march-7-2008-daily-brief/" title="Eyes Bleeding Paris911 Style" target="_blank"&gt;making people's eyes bleed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/a&gt; After looking at the new Active Rain product and free standing blog platform, I have to say I like the simplicity of the way it looks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am not sure if I will be able to break away from all of the "action" contained within our Kinetic Knowledge site, but I am thinking about toning it down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will also say this, those nice folks, &lt;a href="http://kineticknowledge.com" title="Kinetic Knowledge" target="_blank"&gt;Kirsten and Chris&lt;/a&gt; have been very kind in the past every time that I wanted to add another widget.&amp;nbsp; You could say I am widget happy.&lt;/p&gt;
