We have clients ask us often about Mobile real estate search.  They are not, however, interested on the homes that are driven in on wheels.
They want to search from their phones, pda's, iphone's, blackberry's, smart phones, droid, tablets, etc.
Here are a few things that I looked for when getting a Mobile Search platform for our clients.
I wanted it to be accessable with the fewest keystrokes as possible.  There was no reason to have a client need to type in a long URL to get to the mobile search page.  Typing on phones can be tedious.

So the police vernacular comes out from time to time - I am still a Reserve officer after doing 17 years of fill time in Los Angeles.  But I still think parts of Law Enforcement should be honored within Real Estate Circles - but as far as changing the World View of Realtors - that is going to take some time.
Paris and I have decided to do it on a Client by Client Basis.

iphone: Posting to ActiveRain on iPhone - 07/23/08 11:24 AM
The only problem I have encountered when mobile posting from my iPhone to the ActiveRain group is that I have to change to HTML. I am not sure is thap poses a problem at this time and the only reason for that has to do with the keyboard not coming up on the iPhone when I attempt to activate the data entry field in regular text entry. If you have not tried www.UTTERZ.com you need to check it out. It will remote post for you everywhere. The only danger is duplcation which might get u negative marks. … (1 comments)

Does anyone else love this thing?  The iPhone by Apple.
It has been a fantastic addition to are arsenal.  Apparently there will be a new one released soon.  Check out the new YouTube Video.
