Canyon Country California is located in the Santa Clarita Valley, South and East from Saugus CA and North-East from Valencia. The residences run the ranges from Estate Homes and Luxury Parcels to Single Family Residences and with a large amount of Condominiums and Townhomes. As far as pricing - you can purchase a Condo/Town-home beginning in the $100K area and move up to Millions of Dollars if you are thinking of the Sand Canyon Area. When you have been without running for a while - you cannot wait to start again. The same holds true to the real estate market. With all of the work, extra hours, and even more dedication than a "monk", I still felt as if I had been running in place. We are not "hurting" which we can thank God for. But it is five times the work for the same return. The volume is much higher now, but we have adjusted. It just has been in the last few weeks that it seems that the tide is turning. Real Estate Updates in the Santa Clarita Valley. We have posted our New Listings that have come onto the Real Estate market for Sale. Check out this Encino Foreclosure Post I just completed. I was up at zero dark thirty this AM - Which I am still used to the Cop Hours that I put in for the past 17 years. So getting up early and going to bed late - is something that I am accustomed to. This home is over 2000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large pool, all sitting atop of a over 10K square foot lot. It has been told to me that there is a fine line between being a good representative and not "steering" the client. Here is my take on the statement an "old-timer" agent told me over 10 years ago. Well, I would not have believed it - but one of the banks we work with in the sale of their Foreclosures has routine "Round Table" meetings where they discuss a "better way" to deal with the Flooding of the Market with Foreclosures. We discuss buyer incentives, financing, and how to best manage the assets so the Buyers don't have to put too much work into them before moving in. It is a interesting concept and what I have coined a "purple cow", according to the standards of Seth Godin. Since when does a bank really care about what the Worker (0 comments)
Feel Left out and alone? Behind in your payments and cannot catch up? A short Sale is not the end all that solves all - but it might be an option that you have been considering. Some things you are going want to research before jumping in with both feet: Are you going to be 10-99'd by the IRS for the "write-off" amount? (if you do your own taxes - you might want to rethink this step and contact an actual CPA and have them read through any and all changes to this policy within the last year and especially in (0 comments)

We just received the Listing Contract from one of the Banks in which we handle their Real Estate Owned Assets. All the work has been done and now is the time to find that "conforming" buyer that is interested in a Great Real Estate Deal. This one might suit an investor as well. The numbers are very close to being in the black in reference to what you might make when the home is rented versus the payment. We have been operational in Real Estate - Operating 1/2 of a full time business, or should I say Paris was full time for the past 10 years and I was doing what I could while maintaining a Career with the LAPD. I look back at the 17 years that I served and am nothing but satisfied with the outcome. As you know I remained a Level 1 Reserve Officer to continue to serve on a limited basis. I drew the parallel about the Public Service Side of Law Enforcement having a twin with the Service side of a Realtors function. (0 comments)

Maybe it is in your approach. Business is there to be found, you just need to find those that are wanting to invest at this particular time. You need to make your self aware of the numbers of Foreclosures/Bank Owned each day by setting yourself up on an e-mail search that you get into your in-box daily so you can know. When you know those numbers and have seen that search drip for about a week - then you will be much more self confident on the telephone and when responding to e-mail.
