http://Topix.com makes sense - Thanks to Chris from http://KinteticKnowledge.com for giving me the insight to looking at this Social and News Platform.  Topix is somewhere you might want to go and write articles and place information that you as you might want to appear on Localism on the Active Rain Network.

Getting clients.  I get at least three calls a week from some concerned person that wants to make my real estate business better.  They explain to me that they can provide me exclusive leads and that they only have the one spot left in the Santa Clarita Valley.  They usually do not pronounce Santa Clarita correctly.  They also think it is central California.  They definitely have not done their home work which concerns me with the proposition of paying money to this company that is going to be feeding me leads.

Active Rain has been a true blessing for Paris and I and the Real Estate business we have built through those of you on Active Rain.  Not to mention our friends, family, sphere of influence, and the like, you all have been there in the good times and the bad.

paris911 blog: Are you a Moonlighting Blogger? - 12/13/07 07:07 PM
I have been looking for another place to have a different blog with some varying content.  After looking around the www and speaking with a lot of different people.  I went with a Kinetic Blog offered by Kristen and Chris.
I wore these folks out by the amount of time I spent with them on the phone and I consider myself a really hard sell.(especially in this market of plenty - chagrin) 
At four weeks later, I have come up page 1 in Google when doing a search of Valencia Real Estate News.
There it was my blog, blog.paris911.com.
