Google seems to really love Google Plus. Now that I think about it, it shares a similar name :-)

Top Producers, I think if we are still alive in this market, we are all Top Producers in our own right.
However, have you ever come across that Top-per Producer? Those that very sacrificially tell you how much they are better than you?
They are also quick to let you know they have a better story than you do when it comes to protecting and representing your clients.

Looking back at childhood - Rudolph had it easy. His only flaw was the bright red nose. That's is. When we look at Rudolph from the outside, it is easy to think, "heck, that ain't nothin..."
But in many respects we are all hung up over our very own "nothin".
We stop from the doing because of the "nothin" that exists in our mind. Our "nothin" might be from someone that we hold close to us. However, most times the "nothin" has been built from a Past Failure and comes from in ourselves.

I have just posted some things to be aware of if you are planning to attend open houses - this is sage advice and our clients are brought up to speed regarding these tips.
It is not a slam against the "good agent" - it is to let you know that a good real estate agent is valuable and hard to find. IF you have someone like that representing you - Stay Loyal!!!

I know this recent post (the one at the bottom of this rant) does not apply to any friends and associates of mine on Active Rain. In fact, that is why we are on active rain to network and find out the best and most transparent business models. In fact, the high pressure game is something of the past. With some of those on other Social Real Estate networks still subscribing to the close, close and close some more philosophy, I am happy to be a part of the bigger picture on Active Rain. (now that I am done sucking up.... :-)

Are your postcards just "Blah..." - I know most Real Estate Agents have a funny side to them. Heck, we are still at it in this current market - We must have a funny streak a mile wide.
When doing mailings, if you still are, door hangers or other types of hand to home deliveries - Think Funny. When people are taking a second look and laughing, it just might be what the doctor ordered to get them to pick up the phone to call.

Santa Clarita Valley is not without it's Share of Distressed properties. With B of A halting and starting again - it is a wonder we don't all need take prescription medication.
