Well - I must say, I am not the BEST - but I am getting better. Real Estate by Video - you need this. I have recorded with web-cams. The web-cam does not give me such pretty pictures. I am using a Kodak 8i with 4gb memory cards and a wired, battery powered, condensor mic. I also have a tri-pod that stands about 66 inches tall. When you have a thought do this: Pull over to safety - 1.5 minutes Turn off Motor - 12 seconds Put Keys in Pocket - 2.5 seconds Remove Camera and Tri pod from Car - 3.7
