I have successfully booked a reservation for the four members of our family to N.M. to visit my family, we are excited. It has been a long time since we have been there, as I recall the last time I was there was when my Dad passed. So seeing everything will probably be as it has been in the past, with the appearance of all things growing smaller. It will be nice to see the family and observe how they have changed, not only in appearance but attitude. It is the small quirks that make it really fun, especially when our children have

Lets talk safety in Real Estate. Not the aspect of production and establishing a "net" for your financial future. No, I want to speak about your safety. I am not speaking about lawsuits or the sort, most of those can be averted by the simple rule of thumb, "Disclose, Disclose, Disclose". How many times have you had someone call as a buyer wanting to see one of your listings in the next 10 minutes? I say "pose" because that might be what is really happening. This phone call could be conducted by a predator. We do have our pictures all over God's green

Making the transition from one RE/MAX to one in a different area, albeit only 22 miles away from my front door, seemingly is not much of a problem. The moving of my desk from Santa Clarita to Encino seems to have posed more of a distraction than I had expected at first glance. I expected things to not be a problem. The desks in the office that I was going to move into, should be moved out without a hitch. But seemingly those gremlins have come in and started their work.
