reo agents: Foreclosures of all types for Sale in Southern California NOW - 05/12/10 07:27 AM
There are Still Foreclosures coming onto the market in the Southern California Area – it is no wonder with all of the holds that have taken place after TARP was approved. A steady stream but no where, as of yet, like 2008 and 2009. Foreclosures, Bank Owned, REO, Real Estate Owned, Flip’s are all properties that have gone through the Foreclosure process. reo agents: Attention Asset Managers and Asset Management Companies - 03/29/09 11:55 PM
We are the Real Deal. I asy that because I routinely see others masquerading themselves around as if they have an REO account in order to procure this end of the business. Admirable, but if you are not - just be honest and you will win more flies with that product than with the "fruit of the poison tree". This post is not everything you wanted to know, but let me tell you after being with the bank for some time now - There are some do's and don'ts that you might want to think about and also educate your clients in regards to. reo agents: From Hammer and Chisel to Full Automation RE: Asset Managers and REO's. - 09/24/08 04:24 AM
It has been nice getting on the beginning of this REO market and working directly with Asset Managers that have been assigned to our banks and in the handling of their properties. Paris and I have been able to develop some really strong relationships and friends forevermore. Soon, however, for any new contacts and future accounts the "automation" monster will rule every file and asset. I am anticipating that this system will be easier and less time consuming to all parties. But I will miss the personal contact and conversations that we have enjoyed in the past. I am not trying
