"We don't do that!!!" - However, we do know some great Santa Clarita property management companies that handle rentals, leases and deal "only" with property management.
It is of benefit to only function as a property management company? That is a completely loaded question. If I answer in the affirmative, then the real estate agents that deal with property management, rentals and leases get bruised a bit. Never let it be said that I moved too far from protecting and serving the public. For the 17 years regular with the LAPD, and my current Reserve Officer Status, I cannot help to put the intel out there for the public at large.

This was too good not to be re-lived.
Renting these days is a bit tricky and if you don't know who you are dealing with on the other side of the table - you might just get taken.
We have all heard the horror stories about how a tenant had moved in, after giving a large deposit, first last and security, only to be evicted by the Sheriff's two weeks later.
