Whew, that picture is an understatement - Where do you go for good Short Sale advice? - Heck, forget good - how about "Factual". I think when considering a Short Sale - you need all of the information. I hate surprises and I don't want to be holding the "goods" when the cops break down the door. With a Short Sale you need all of the "possibilities" to be presented so you can take those home and digest them.

Santa Clarita Real Estate? - Best Hamburger? I had to go to Fort Worth Texas to the Five Star Conference, stay at a hotel that was 8 miles due to the over crowing of a Cowboy Football Game.
It was a bit hot and humid, but I ate the best Hamburger I have ever had. The locals mentioned that, across from my hotel, there was a hole in the wall called "Tommy's" and they were right - but they were also right about me eating the Best Hamburger I have ever experienced.

I received a phone call yesterday (Wednesday), the lady said she had been reading my blog - Thanks Active Rain and Kinetic Knowledge.
I asked if I could help her. She told me that she had spoken with several Real Estate Agents and asked me what I charge to sell a short sale. I explained that it was not that easy and asked why she wants to do a short sale and if she understands all of the implications. She had bits and pieces, but for the most part, the agents she had spoken with had been less than informative.
