Yummy-
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening or vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cream together sugar, shortening and eggs. Combine flour with salt and baking soda and mix well.

OK guys-here is a great desert for a warm summer nite. Add a little whipped cream to this soupy textured dessert and enjoy.
8 oz. strawberry banana yogurt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 quart strawberry puree or 1 quart fresh cut strawberries
4 fresh cut strawberries

This is a super simple and low-fat delicious dessert.
1 quart of fresh strawberries
1 12 oz container of low fat Cool Whip
1 package of strawberry pie glaze
1 baked angle food cake
