Hi everyone and Lisa says Hi! Can it be? January 2011 is here already?Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for January 2011 has arrived as well! Christmas and the New Years festivities have come and gone. Now it's on to the Spring Market in what seems to be a re-awaking for Home Buyers. They are realizing what an opportune time this is to buy the home of their dreams. We find that buyers are out and looking already before the Spring Market officially starts in a couple of weeks.
