So, it's not over till it's over! Here is the second quarter market update for Williamson and the greater Nashville, Green Hills and Belle Meade area of Davidson County. In general, its all about good news! As you can see inventory and days on the market are down and prices are up. That seems to be true especially in the lower price tier of the market.
