Emergency! Calling All Investors!!
I currently have a home listed for sale that I have not been successful selling. Long story short, seller reneged having home staged as he promised to do once his current tenants moved out.
Since it did not sell, he asked me to also list it for lease. It is a very typical, three bedroom, two bath, 1,400 square foot house. At $1,100, it is among the lowest of only 37 homes currently on the market for lease in Fishers, Indiana. I have had no fewer than 20 inquiries. Many years ago, when I was a sweet, naïve 21 year old woman, I worked for a very mean man. Bob loved to ridicule his employees in public. His favorite thing was to ask, “When you assume things, do you know what you do? You make an ass out of u and me.” After only one year, I simply could no longer watch this man abuse his employees so I quit.
Years later, I realize that there was some wisdom in what Bob had to say even if his tactics were mean and abusive.

Indianapolis was recently named as the 2nd most affordable city in the United States. Understandably, this has attracted the attention of many investors. In spite of the fact that most 'investors' who contact us are just everyday folks thinking they may have found a new way to get rich quick, we (me and my team members) are polite and try to give them the information they seek. Very few of these people wind up using our services to purchase property.
