There certainly has been an uptick in the Needham market lately.  The increase has been in Open House attendance and in properties going under agreement.
In the past 7 days 9 properties went under agreement.  Of the 9 properties that went under agreement 7 of those were Coldwell Banker Residentail Brokerage agents.  … (2 comments)

You can just imagine what is on our minds with the SuperBowl coming.  This YouTube video preceeded our office meeting yesterday.  May the best team win.  God bless both teams.  I haven't checked the list of Open Houses for Sunday but there probably won't be many due to the pre-game activities.
