Homes in Needham, MA real estate Needham no sooner come on the market and they are sold for asking or above. The market has not been like this in 6 years. It is truly amazing and has been going like this since the delayed spring market began. The sellers have to be so happy with what is happening and it should continue to happen through the summer.
