Use the right-sized boxes. Small boxes are ideal for heavy, dense objects (see: books), while larger ones are preferable for lighter items such as pillows and comforters. It's common today for inspections to be a part of the sales contract, and during the inspections most problems will be discovered anyway, but hiding the truth can kill a sale and land you in court. It's much better to factor the costs of repairs into the sale rather than face lawsuits after the fact.

When it comes to taking care of my real estate clients, I’m not happy until they give me a 5-star rating or review.
Now we might not be a fit… over the years I’ve found not everyone is looking for a 5-star experience. My clients like to be free of stress when buying or selling a home so they can focus on their move, and they want me to take care of the details.
