Yesterday I wrote a post about the history of the Garland Hill Historic District. Garland Hill which goes into the rich history of this area. If you read it these next posts featuring some of these homes it will add more meaning to them. History of the Garland Hill Historic District The Garland Hill Historic District is a small residential neighborhood located on one of Lynchburg's seven hills.
