One year ago today I began here on ACTIVE RAIN. My first post was about a new property(pic below) http://activerain.com/blogsview/610323/103-devon-place-forest-va- Now since then, this property has sold and I have learned and laughed a lot, met some wonderful folks and thoroughly enjoyed all this place has to offer. This place is like no other I have ever come across. It has a wide diversity of folks in different fields. Realtors, stagers, feng shui consultants, inspectors, photographers, virtual assistants and of course the ACTIVE RAIN COMMUNITY BUILDERS and staff. History of the Garland Hill Historic District The Garland Hill Historic District is a small residential neighborhood located on one of Lynchburg's seven hills. Situated northwest of Fifth Street, the Garland Hill streets of Clay, Madison and Harrison are steeply bounded by Blackwater Creek.
