Sometimes we forget that people buy and sell real estate for the same reasons they have bought and sold for years. Things change--families have babies, deaths, divorces, health issues, more income, less income, relocating for new job, retiring, downsizing and the list goes on and on. Because of this people will continue to buy and sell. When the rates are higher or the housing more expensive, it might just mean they purchase a little less. Don't despair!
