  THE OTHER DAY A CLIENT OF MINE LOOKED AT PROPERTY ON MONDAY MORNING AND LIKED IT. HE FELT HE NEEDED TIME TO THINK ABOUT IT AND TOLD ME HE'D GET BACK TO ME THE END OF THE WEEK.  TRY AS I DID, TO GET HIM TO COME TO A DECISION SOONER SO HE COULD SUBMIT AN OFFER, HE INSISTED HE NEED MORE TIME TO THINK ON IT.  FOR PURPOSES OF THIS BLOG, I"LL REFER TO THE MAN AS MR.
