Chris Sapp in Orlando/ Windermere, FL is a realtor I highly recommend.
I am a realtor in Naples, FL dealing with very sophisticated buyers and sellers. Most are very successful and need a realtor who understands what they need and what they are looking for. I needed the same to list my property in Orlando. It was a short sale situation and I chose a realtor from the active rain site initially. This is where you don't assume... EVER...
