florida real estate: Dealing with customer service, anywhere usa - 10/24/08 08:19 PM
Comcast -- 9 phone calls, 3 hrs. 14 min on hold, 1 missed scheduled service call to come out to "fix" the internet problem.... never showed.... Please, Please,,,,,, I beg you ..... I want to give you my money, I want your service desperately, please, can I buy and pay you for your service?????????? CAN ANYBODY HEAR ME????????????? apparently not, I ended up getting embarq, the local phone service to hook up my internet connection because I need to work! Can you believe this? 10 days later and comcast has no clue....

Looking for a realtor? Where do you start if you don't know who to go to? How can you tell who is ethical? Who is business savy? Who will you get along with? This is tough. I too, as a realtor come across this situation when I need to find a realtor in another city for a friend who needs one. I start with the internet, and on any of their sites, I try to catch something.... sometimes they use the wrong grammer ---- they may have a word spelled wrong... they may say something very original and unique. NAPLES, Fla.-August 14, 2008-July sees positive signs in multiple market indicators, with lower priced property sales doubling from last year, while all other price segments showed small increases in the median price (The "median price" means half of the sales were above that price and half were below) according to a report released by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island). My last listing of the season --- unbelievable price --- $169,000 - Turnkey --- Golf Course community and lowest price in the area -- lowest comps by 12%!!!!
