Ok Well this journey is not going the way we were hoping. The latest news is our deal has fallen through! It seems our buyers listing agent does not know how to look at comps and price right. Here's the story: On Friday our buyers listing agent called to inform me that the home did not appraise! It came in $20,000 off the contract price. Now with this news she proceeds to tell me how the appraiser did not take into consideration all her upgrades and her landscaping..OK REALLY landscaping.
