It has been 6 months since my husband Peter and I opened our own Real Estate Brokerage in Barrie "ELITE ACCESS REALTY INC." and it has been such a great experience. I can't tell you how many people really believed that we would not succeed but we are on our way.

I honestly can not imagine a Real Estate person without one. Having it is not a luxury but it is essential now when more than 80% of buyers look for their homes on-line.

We get buyers, referrals, listings and 90% of our business from it. Forget about ads in the newspaper, billboards, even direct mail....Those tactics are very expensive. Having an on-line presence is VITAL!
