I would define Barrie Real Estate Market as a very active market in terms of product to sell; the amount of homes listed for sale in the city of Barrie continued growing with 1,106 homes for sale in Barrie for November, 2006. In contrast, home sales for November were just 14% of the active listings (158 homes were sold of 1,106 active listings).
We are without doubt in a Buyers market and Buyers should take advantage of it; currently Buyers could find lots of homes to pick from and great pricing due to competition.
