That question has about as many answers as there are bloggers, but for me...  
Here's my take...!  
Some blog for business success...you know...SEO...internet recognition...etc...  
Some blog because they think they're undiscovered journalists...  
Some blog and don't know why it is they're blogging...

Have you ever attempted any routine plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or carpentry 'fixes' in your home? How about an easy auto repair? Be honest now!
Almost every man and many women have tried some easy fix in their home either to save money or time or both!!! Admit it! You consider yourselves Do It Yourselfers...and there is a whole industry built up around that premise...ask Home Depot and Lowes!

And you thought FSBO meant 'for sale by owner', didn't you? Why do you think some home sellers opt to sell their homes without the use of a real estate professional? There are many reasons! Here are the top ten:

Some of my best friends are 'Realty Agents'! I'm always suspect when I hear that phrase used...'Some of my best friends are___________'!
It usually is an indication of denial of some 'bias'! Perhaps racial, perhaps ethnic, perhaps religious, perhaps social! Whatever!
In some of my posts, I have been very critical of certain practices within the realty industry. My intention is to 'level the playing field' and to raise the standard of ethics in our industry! Why?
Because this industry has been very good to me.

Thanks for making my part 1 of this continuing saga a feature! Are you ready for the next chapter in the search of my nephew and his wife for their new property? And the obstacles they face!
Remember as we left them, they passed up on the property with the drainage basin and the high tension electric wires in the rear. They could not come to an agreement on price with that seller.
