The next biggest percentage came from people using Real Estate Agents, 35%  and that is huge, as a Real Estate Agent people come to us as a trusted … (1 comments)

It is with bittersweet emotion that I write about a business closing its doors in Post Falls Idaho.  Anderson Iron Works is one of Post Falls oldest businesses.  They have been in business for 43 years and in those years have left their mark in many of the area homes as well many businesses.  You might remember seeing the Petunia Tree off I-90 as you head east through Post Falls on I-90.  That is one of Norm Anderson’s creations.

Norm and his wife Bonnie were originally from Minnesota but moved to Post Falls in 1969 and have raised their children … (0 comments)

I came accross this blog today and thought it appropriate to share.  I have been looking out my window and in our community spring is trying to come but the clouds and hail are getting the upper hand.  So for some reason the words in this blog spoke to me.

Are you a Fence Sitter? - 04/06/12 09:36 AM
Are you a Fence Sitter?

We have historic low interest rates now for home buyers so why would you want to be a Fence Sitter?

We do not know how long the interest rates will stay down, but if you have been thinking of buying a home, there is no better time then NOW.

For example on a conventional loan of $200,000.00 with $20,000 down at 4% interest your monthly payment without PMI and Real Estates Taxes would be about $860.  If you wait until interest rates go up only a half percent, your payment would go up … (1 comments)
