They have been in business for 43 years and in those years have left their mark in many of the area homes as well many businesses. You might remember seeing the Petunia Tree off I-90 as you head east through Post Falls on I-90. That is one of Norm Anderson’s creations.
Norm and his wife Bonnie were originally from Minnesota but moved to Post Falls in 1969 and have raised their children (0 comments)

The seminars were very informative.
The booths represented a wide variety of businesses, the people were so friendly and they shared so much information. This is certainly an event to remember so mark your calendars for next April for the Post Falls (0 comments)

We have historic low interest rates now for home buyers so why would you want to be a Fence Sitter?
We do not know how long the interest rates will stay down, but if you have been thinking of buying a home, there is no better time then NOW.
For example on a conventional loan of $200,000.00 with $20,000 down at 4% interest your monthly payment without PMI and Real Estates Taxes would be about $860. If you wait until interest rates go up only a half percent, your payment would go up (1 comments)

So… by Saturdayand Easter Sunday I have been assured that the sun will shine and the temperature will get to the high 50’s and (0 comments)
