BELIEVE THIS"Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), which shows the 30-year fixed-rate dropping to 4.76 percent while the 15-year fixed-rate hit its lowest rate at 3.97 percent since December 2010. This is great for all.

 Can you believe this ,30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.76 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending March 17, 2011, down from last week when it averaged 4.88 percent. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.96 percent. Come on buyers its time to buy.With these fixed rates we can't aford not to buy.
