BELIEVE THIS"Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), which shows the 30-year fixed-rate dropping to 4.76 percent while the 15-year fixed-rate hit its lowest rate at 3.97 percent since December 2010. This is great for all.
Can you believe this ,30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.76 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending March 17, 2011, down from last week when it averaged 4.88 percent. Can you believe this weather, Saturday rain all day,flowers are blooming and trees are buding, beautiful but wet. Today its 30 degree buds are falling and flowers are dead, what can we do nothing i guess, hope for pretty weather soon,seems like buyers were looking last week and this week its seems dead!!!

Talking with a fellow agent today about a auction in Cookeville Tn this past Saturday. This was advertised as a antique auction,but is wasn't . This auction was 95%new furniture. The story continues, about 25 people there and he stated things well high dollar furniture and sold for nothing. He purchased 2 pieces and he gave nothing for it he said. So as they say invest in antiques , reason you say, cost may be more on the front end but if this furniture has been around for 100 plus years,and if taken care of, it will last for another 100 … (0 comments)

This home was purchased 2 years ago, repo home. Insurance company stated the owners needed 150,000 dollars worth of insurance on this property and it was replacement. After the home was appraised, it was appraised at 120,000. Question, you say, me to.THIS HAD TO BE A MISTAKES SAID THE OWNERS. Well no it wasn't"t they stated that the owners didn't pay that for the home.. They stated they would pay the full amount when the house was build back, question u say , again me to . So just remember read your policy well and no your insurance agent,

a big loss on this 2200 square foot home in town on 2 acres, this one was a dream home said the young lady and hergrom 3 childrenwho lived there , 3 bedroom all with hadrwood floors fireplace and builded in book shelfts in the livingroom the bay windows in the dining room, this was a shame and don't let it happen to you get more insurance if you can aford it … (3 comments)
