<div>Not to long ago, we were walking the dog one night before going to bed and it had rained a few hours earlier really hard that so on the sidewalk sand had washed onto it...... and the dog kept pulling and sniffing and then she stopped and we looked down where she had stopped and we saw this </div><div>huge paw print. I ran back to the house and got the camera and the flash light</div><div>and we layed a quarter down beside the print and to the upper right corner you can see our dog's foot print. <p>Short sales are basically new territory for most real estate professionals and basically everyone in this industry but as time goes on, we are learning more and more with experience. </p><p>I have been finding that buyers are shying away from short sales and agents are shying away from showing them. ARE YOU EXPERIENCING THIS?</p><p><strong>Is it just because of the time that it takes to get answers?</strong> </p><p><strong>or</strong> </p><p><strong>Is it that they are afraid of what they don't know?</strong> </p><p>I have found though my experience that each agent who has a short sale listing is different. </p><p>I ask probing questions to see how far along in the process the agent is. That is key before even showing the listing. </p><p>I just need to know how to get more agents to show and write offers on my short sale listings. </p><p>I have reduced the listing prices to approximately 10% below market in hopes of SOMEONE writing an offer. I called to day to get an update on the seemingly never ending contract for short sale and I actually got a very nice woman on the phone by the name of Sandra who was very informative! Good Golly!
