JUST ANOTHER PART OF THE VICIOUS CYCLE WE ARE DEALING WITH.  SHORT SALES EVERYWHERE. FORECLOSURES EVERYWHERE.   REALTORS TRYING OUR BEST TO HELP OUT THE SELLERS BY TAKING THESE SHORT SALE LISTINGS AND THEN WORKING WITH BUYERS TO FIND THEM A GOOD DEAL ON A HOME *the ones that can get financing*.
