I have been searching for a closing gift that I could give to my sellers that they could actually use. I was  introduced to a sales person for a company that engraves knives for REALTORS and their product looked excellent.
The sales person contacted me and insisted he needed an appointment; he could not give me any information about prices, quantity, etc. over the phone. I asked for the company's website, which he provided to me, immediately after telling me that the site only has images and no other information. A 54 year old woman had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital.                 While on the operating table she had a near death experience...
