FACEBOOK SUCCESS STORY - 08/30/10 08:26 PM
The power of social networking is undeniable and this month my firm closed a transaction where I can credit FACEBOOK directly for bringing the customer to us. I received a facebook friend request in May; I did not know the person on the request nor did we have any friends in common so I inquired about the request. She replied saying that she had searched the Internet for a short sale expert and after reviewing Green Realty's Fan Page she wanted my firm to represent her in the purchase of a new home. "Best" MLS photos of the week - Pet Edition - 08/28/10 02:19 PM
The local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) I am member of allows for only 16 photos and I make sure I take the BEST photos I can to give my seller the BEST exposure for their listing... Obviously not all agents feel the same way. Enjoy the photos - they are great! - I am a HUGE animal lover but this edition is especially funny....
Anyone else of the opinion that the kitty is the best feature of this room?
If the doggie dances for 2 more minutes he will get a piece of the cake.....

PARKSIDE ESTATES - A development where mansions were to be built... So the builders built the sign... they built the sign before they even bulldozed the old home on the lot.... Then the market crashed.... And today, you see the old home and the new (old) sign... and the tough reality we still face.

I read a lot of blog posts that ask the question: Why are you in Real Estate? I am unsure if most professionals can answer that question with precision... I suspect some are in real estate for its flexible schedule, some for its income potential, a few started to assist a spouse in the business, the reasons are so many and vary so greatly. But today I am more sure than ever that I am in this business because I absolutely love helping my sellers. Home Listings: 456 single family homes listed and 194 of those homes are short sale listings. Pending Sales: 292 homes are under contract with 160 being short sale listings. Closed sales: 56 homes closed in the month of July and 15 of those closings were short sales.
July is behind us and we are way into the second half of 2010. I wanted to share the newest information about the Single Family Home market for Zip Code 33325. Zip Code 33325 includes a portion of the City of Davie and a portion of the City of Plantation.
So let's start with the City of Davie:
Home Listings: 75 single family homes listed and 21 of those homes are short sale listings. Pending Sales: 33 homes are under contract with 21 of the 33 being short sale listings. Closed sales: 12 homes closed in the (0 comments)
Cooper City Animal Clinic and Dr. Mendy - 08/01/10 10:55 AM
I am the proud "mom" of 4 adorable kitties and for the past year and a half I have been taking my kitties to Cooper City Animal Clinic to see Dr. Mendy for check-ups, vaccinations, etc... I could not be more impressed with the care that my loved kitties get when they are at the vet. Dr. Mendy LOVES animals and it shows; he pets them to calm them down, he touches them with so much care that the kitties feel comfortable even thought what is happening to them is not very pleasant, i.e. poking, injections. This is Spotty, the elderly (8 comments)
