For my fellow Realtors who have worked on a short sale with IndyMac, you know how absolutely maddening IndyMac can be. IndyMac files just sit there, without anything being done to them for days and weeks on end and I have become a pro at "holding" for updates, that never come. We call on our short sale files almost daily so I have worked out a list to keep me busy.....
