As Realtors and Brokers, we all know the critical importance of a home’s 1st impression on every Buyer who walks through the door. We constantly remind our Sellers to keep their homes clutter free and neutral, and we know that the home that the Buyer can imagine themselves in is that one that gets sold.

One Reason Why Short Sales Get a Bad Rap - 02/22/12 03:53 PM
There are days where I think I may be losing my mind while working South Florida Short Sales because I can’t make any sense of these investor's actions. Here are the latest shenanigans:
We started a short sale, and with the Seller’s permission, we waited until the Lender’s BPO came back before we listed. The value came back, the lender servicing the loan told us that the value was $199K, and so we listed and went under contract for $199K.

As some of you may already know, I became a Certified Gourmet Raw Vegan Chef last month.
I promised my friends I would share the delicious recipes I learned in the course. And since today is Super Bowl Sunday, I can’t think of a more appropriate recipe to prepare than my incredibly mouth watering and easy-to-make Salsa!

I’ve seen a lot of my ActiveRain peers set up their goals at the end of the year and then post their accomplishments. I am going to do a much smaller version, for the month of January.
Of course, my listings and sales are huge accomplishments for me no matter what month we are in, but I just wanted to focus on the following two since they are new...one being professional, the other personal.
