How many times have you had to get rid of a piece of furniture that you really love just because it was scratched? With todays busy times of renting out staging furniture, there is hardly time to discard scratched furniture. In this Real Estate Market, stagers often need more furniture, not less. A little change does a fireplace good, especially when it is old, outdated, and has a buck stove. What about that wall attached to the fireplace? Fire hazard??? What would HGTV do? My client recently changed her counter-tops in her kitchen from aqua blue to a brown earth-tone Formica. It looks like granite. Her dilemma was that there were aqua blue translucent tiles scattered throughout her kitchen and behind her stove and she hated it. It was dated, but what could she do? At this time (29 comments)

Yes, literally out of the closet. Here is the before (closet) photo. Can you say total gut job. This master bedroom had great space but needed a master bath and and of course it also needed the paneling to be removed. I was honored to take on the task of designing the (25 comments)
