Yet I have still to earn one penny from any connections I have made on here. It seems like a lot of people float stuff out there and call it exclusive, when it is very far from that.

We have many different parcel sizes from a few acres up to 700 acres all BANK OWNED PROPERTIES!

Thess items are all real and PRODUCEABLE not pie in the sky like you hear from many people. We have done our due dilligence on them.

We are willing to pay a referral fee to any LICENCED Realtors. We cannot pay commisions to 'Consultants'.

Bank owned property generally means low low prices. Talk to me if you think we can make some money together.

I get bombarded with companies/people telling me there product is best. What are your thoughts on this subject? Do you have some gripes or praise for any particular company or product?

What is good what isn't, how do you find your listings in the most cost effective way, and what is it that you do that makes you feel good about yourself in your work?

I'd love to know other peoples feelings please.

And if any sellers are out there do they have any comments on what type of person they are looking for.
