Yet I have still to earn one penny from any connections I have made on here. It seems like a lot of people float stuff out there and call it exclusive, when it is very far from that.

We have many different parcel sizes from a few acres up to 700 acres all BANK OWNED PROPERTIES!

Thess items are all real and PRODUCEABLE not pie in the sky like you hear from many people. We have done our due dilligence on them.

We are willing to pay a referral fee to any LICENCED Realtors. We cannot pay commisions to 'Consultants'.

Bank owned property generally means low low prices. Talk to me if you think we can make some money together.

I get bombarded with companies/people telling me there product is best. What are your thoughts on this subject? Do you have some gripes or praise for any particular company or product?

What is good what isn't, how do you find your listings in the most cost effective way, and what is it that you do that makes you feel good about yourself in your work?

I'd love to know other peoples feelings please.

And if any sellers are out there do they have any comments on what type of person they are looking for.

What exactly are the best referral sites out there? Can our members please enlighten us on who they think are good, bad and indifferent please?

The good sites deserve the publicity and the poor sites deserve to be told that they need to up the ante or get out of the game.

With so many options out there it is hard to know where to start.

Fuel has just reached the equivalent of $10 a gallon in the England.

A typical duplex in the UK would cost you about $400,000 (at the very least and can be much more depending on location).

Our sales tax is 17.5%.

Our upper tax limit is 40% (and a lot of people pay that).

Cars cost far more in the UK than Europe or the US.

And to hammer the nail straight home... we are being governed by a Jock! aka Scot.

Instead of joining Europe we should have became the 51st State.

We have the most logistically placed unsinkable aircraft carrier in the world (and you have many airbases there).

Come back Winston.... WE NEED YOU!!!

Is an alligator in the kitchen a selling feature?

Reported in Florida this week a woman found an alligator in her kitchen. It had made its way through the lanai and entered through the open kitchen door. the authourities believed the 'gator' was after the family cat Fluffy!

The emergency call center were asking questions like, how long is it and how wide is it! good grief... did they want them to go in there with a measuring tape.

It begs the question. What strange or amusing things have happened to you when you are showing a home, there must be some funnies out there!

I have to admit most of my blogs have been commercially based as I am a commercial realtor and I still don't know how to use HTML.

I like looking at the blog layouts on here and wonder what these people have done to learn this. Can anyone please help us poor technophobes to construct something with a bit more pezaz! (did i spell that right)?

Any enlightenment would be very useful. Is there a book where you learn it? Have you been to classes? Or am I being dim.....? :(

Today is St Georges day in England (i'm English). Personally I believe Edward the Confessor should be the patron saint of England, after all not only was he a King (and is a Saint) he was also English, St George was Turkish! Edward is the patron saint of the Royal Family.

Anyhow it got me thinking abstractly as usual, 2 things really, so here goes...

1) Who should be the Patron Saint of Realtors?

2) What should be our 'anthem'?
