I had been recommended by a former buyer, someone who was a Summer tenant of mine who bought a house from me in Southampton Village, NY in 2000. She introduced me to her friend who was very interested in getting into a home before the Summer.  She wanted to bring her children here from Arkansas  and live in the house before renovation--so she was looking for a fixer-upper that she could "fluff" and use for the Summer and then renovate in the Fall.
