Active Rain Family, our fellow bloggers Cherise & Gordon Selley who live in Colorado Springs are in a dire situation. Their home is in the neighborhood of the Flying W Ranch where hundreds of homes were lost due to the fires. I just got off of the phone with both of them and thankfully they are both safe as well as their son.

Any agent, buyer or seller in The Woodlands and Houston market can resoundingly say that the Buyer's market is dead in the water!  In May we saw our numbers soaring as the switch was flipped and moving us into a Seller's market.   As a result, the inventory is low and the competition is high for the great homes!

Shortly after my family left my son's graduation party last weekend, as soon as they pulled out onto Woodlands Parkway, a woman was texting while driving and resulted in her t-boning them right at the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and Flintridge.  We hear about these accidents more and more and this one hit too close to home.

What an evening!  As always, the Jimmy Buffet concert delivers!  Not only during the concert but also during the tailgating that is going on all day long!
