Magnolia Farmers Market on Tamina Magnolia, TX has a new Farmer's Market! Just about a month ago, a group of vendors began coming together at Magnolia's newest "it" place! Seriously, this is a fantastic place to visit each Saturday morning. We visited last week and were blown away by the quality vendors, the yummy food to taste, and the atmosphere of friendliness and fun!
The sign at the entrance says to "Come Hungry" and they weren't kidding. We enjoyed a lovely cup of java while stuffing our faces with em pandas, breakfast tacos, delectable cinnamon rolls, and so much more! You won't be disappointed.

Magnolia, Texas is situated northwest of Houston and is adjacent to The Woodlands. What was once a tiny little town, is exploding with growth and increased commerce. Roads are being widened, planned and extended as the town works hard to keep up with the increased demands.
The Magnolia Chamber of Commerce is a great place to get plugged in if you have a local business. As the City of Magnolia continues to look ahead at future development, the partnership with the Chamber is very important. What is unique about this boutique is that it features women's and children's clothing and 100% of the profits are donated to orphanages and charities domestically as well as internationally! Rachael Yeates who runs the non-profit Great Comeback Kids opened the boutique just a few months ago. I met her and was impressed with her vision and her passion to help orphans all over the world.

New Residential Developments in Magnolia, Texas There is a lot happening in Magnolia, Texas! We have several new communities being developed with more on the way! As The Woodlands has continued to build-out, the record number of people coming to our area continue to look for other areas in which to reside. With Magnolia just to the west of The Woodlands and still having some large, contiguous tracts of land left, it makes sense that Developers are looking to this area to expand in.

Yesterday here in Montgomery County, Texas, wildfires whipped through the area causing thousands to be evacuated from their homes. Due to these fires, the Magnolia ISD has closed all schools as the high school is now serving as a shelter for displaced families. We have had very high winds during the past few days and with the already very dry conditions, a tiny spark can cause big problems for the area.
