Hello Everyone. I know many of you are thinking where can I go this summer and not spend alot of money. With Gas prices the way they are it is rough.. I am opening a home which we are redoing and it will be ready on June 5 for Summer Rentals..Located on Cedar Lake in Cedar Lake Indiana. Great Views of the Lake and lots of fun in the sun. Listing Pictures - 04/05/08 08:20 AM
Why is it that when a realtor put a listing into the MLS  they do not have Pictures. I find this very disturbing. If you are going to take the time to put it in the mls Please make sure you have pictures. Without picture you are loosing 50% chance of selling the home. I look at the mls every morning to see what is new on the market and i find 30-40% of these new listings do not have pictures. Now how am I as a realtor going to appriciate this listing if I cannot even see it.. People Put Pictures … (6 comments)
